Creative independence
The work should keep its point of view, ownership, and interesting edges.
About Tempt Fête
Tempt Fête is an independent creative venture and production company in Pittsburgh. We build original shows, brands, businesses, and stories, and we help selected outside founders build theirs. Behind all of it is a small group of makers who like the difficult, unclassifiable projects.
You do not need permission, a polished pitch, or the right vocabulary. Bring the idea.

What We Are For
We develop our own entertainment: live experiences, shows, films, and characters we want to see in the world. We also use the same production, operations, digital, and creative skills to help selected outside founders move their ideas into the world.
We care about who owns the work, whether the plan can actually be used, and what happens after the exciting first idea. That means we talk about budgets, schedules, and the unglamorous middle of a project early, not after the invoice.
No guru act. No giant company pretending. Serious attention, strange ideas, and the will to build.
The Founder
A portrait is on its way. Here is what matters in the meantime: when you send us an idea, a real person reads it, asks the honest questions, and helps decide what the project needs. That is the relationship we are building, not a ticket queue.
THE PEOPLE WALL
These are the people who help us make things real: the coworkers and employees who keep production moving, and the volunteers who show up when a night needs hands, hearts, and hustle.
The people you will hear from between the first hello and the final load out.
We are adding names to the wall. The coworkers and employees who build with Tempt Fête will appear here with a portrait, a role, and a line about what they do.
Live nights, markets, and shoots run on people who give their time. We keep that list on purpose.
Volunteers make the live work possible, and their names belong on this wall. As soon as we add them, they will show up here.
Want to help? Tell us what you would like to be part of.People who built with us, then carried the work somewhere new. Their fingerprints are still on it.
When collaborators move on to their next thing, we keep a place for them here. This list will grow with the work.
What Guides the Work
The work should keep its point of view, ownership, and interesting edges.
Not every good idea arrives with a category. We learn by making and testing.
Budgets, schedules, systems, and documents make ambitious creative work possible.
We build clearer ways for emerging and unconventional creators to enter the room.
A beautiful idea matters. A finished thing people can experience matters too.
Each launch, shoot, performance, and prototype teaches us how to build the next one better.
Bring a project, bring a half finished idea, or bring your hands and a willingness to learn the work.
